1. How can I delete my CheerSpace account?

To delete your CheerSpace account permanently: In the app, go to Settings > Profile, scroll down to the bottom and tap on "Delete Account", then confirm your choice. This is permanent and cannot be undone. Your data will be erased within 24 hours.

2. What happens to my data after I delete my account?

Once deleted, your profile, content, and all personal data will be permanently removed from our servers. This includes your activity, likes, saved content, and preferences. We do not retain backups of deleted accounts.

3. Can I recover my CheerSpace account after deleting it?

No. Account deletion is irreversible. If you want to use CheerSpace again, you'll need to create a new account from scratch.

4. Can I delete my account without opening the app?

No. At this moment, the option is only available in the app.

5. Do you share or sell my data?

Never. CheerSpace does not sell, rent, or share your data with third-party advertisers. We only use your data to improve your experience and features inside the app.

6. Where can I find the Privacy Policy?

7. What if I see harmful or offensive content?

CheerSpace is a positivity-only space. Tap the three dots (...) on any content and select “Report”. We take community safety seriously and remove any negativity, permanently.
